في كل يد مراهق، عالم صغير اسمه "هاتف ذكي".
In every teen’s hand lies a small world called the smartphone.

تطبيقات لا تُعد ولا تُحصى، تنقلهم من ضحكة إلى تحدٍ، من تعلم إلى تشتت… وكل ذلك في لحظات.
Countless apps move them from laughter to distraction, from learning to comparison — in seconds.

لكن خلف كل هذه المتعة، هناك سؤال حقيقي: أين المسؤولية؟ وكيف نوازن؟
But behind all that fun, there’s a real question: where’s the responsibility? And how do we find balance?

تطبيقات تحت المجهر | Popular Apps... Under the Microscope

• تيك توك (TikTok): مصدر للإبداع؟ نعم. لكن أيضًا بوابة لضياع الوقت والمقارنات.
  A source of creativity? Yes. But also a door to wasted time and constant comparison.
• سناب شات (Snapchat): ممتع؟ بالتأكيد. لكن هل هو آمن؟ ليس دائمًا.
  Fun? Absolutely. But is it safe? Not always.
• تيل (Tellonym): يسمح بحرية التعبير؟ ربما. لكنه أحيانًا مساحة للتنمر الخفي.
  A space for expression? Maybe. But sometimes a place for hidden bullying.

كيف نوازن؟ | How Can We Balance?

السر ليس في المنع... بل في المصاحبة الواعية.
The secret isn’t in banning… but in mindful companionship.

• افتحي حوارًا دوريًا مع ابنك/ابنتك عن التطبيقات التي يستخدمها.
  Have regular conversations with your teen about the apps they use.
• شاركيهم ببعض التطبيقات المفيدة والإبداعية.
  Suggest creative and useful apps to try together.
• استخدمي أدوات الرقابة الأبوية كوسيلة للحماية، لا للسيطرة.
  Use parental controls for protection — not control.
• ضعي قواعد واضحة ومرنة لاستخدام التقنية (زمن الشاشة، أماكن الاستخدام...).
  Set flexible, clear tech rules (screen time, where and when to use it).
• ذكّريهم: المتعة الحقيقية لا تُقاس بعدد المتابعين، بل براحة القلب.
  Remind them: true joy isn’t in followers — it’s in peace of heart.

لنكن أصدقاء لأولادنا في هذا العالم الرقمي… فهم يحتاجوننا أكثر مما نعتقد.
Let’s be allies to our teens in the digital world — they need us more than we think.
